It has, obviously, come to my attention that someone has posted bible verses in the my chat box. I understand that everyone have their own believes and own doctrines. Therefore, if i have offended anyone's believe or doctrine to the point that he/she/it was so compelled as to quote me bible verses, then I am sorry. I am very sorry. I am very sorry that YOU and your doctrines are wrong! I am sorry that you have been lead astray! and i am sorry that you believed a half-truth, no better than an out-right lie!!
How dare you quote me those bible verses out of context! How dare you do so anonymously! If you want to be anonymous den i will treat you like one. Even a stranger will tell me his/her name but you came with strong comments without stating who you are. If you want to be impersonal, so will i. If you really believe that what you say is the truth, den why are you so afraid to reveal yourself? You are either a coward or a liar. I believe you are both! And anyway, if you want to believe the 'teachings' of 'pastor' prince from new creation, den go ahead. Go ahead and disobey the law, go ahead with your sinful ways, afterall, arent you under the grace of God like you claim??
You quote romans 6:14 but have you read the whole of romans 6? In fact, you dont even need to read the whole of romans 6 to know that your notions of grace are wrong because the very first verse, romans 6:1, already states: [1] What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? [2] By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?
Once again you quoted out of context: You quote galatians 2:21 and 3:19 but did you read a few verses further because 2 verses later, in galatians 3:21 states: Is the law, therefore, opposed to the promises of God? Absolutely not!
Now here is romans 7:7 What shall we say, then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! Indeed I would not have known what sin was except through the law. For I would not have known what coveting really was if the law had not said, "Do not covet."
And again in romans 7:12 So then, the law is holy, and the commandment is holy, righteous and good. [13] Did that which is good, then, become death to me? By no means! But in order that sin might be recognised as sin, it produced death in me through what was good, so that through the commandment sin might become utterly sinful.
the grace of God does not mean that the law is no longer in effect. In fact, Jesus expects us to obey the law through faith and the grace of God. It is through Christ and God's grace and not our own strength that we can fulfill God's commandments and his laws. Romans 8:3 For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature,[b] God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering.[c] And so he condemned sin in sinful man,[d] 4 in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.
I could have gone on and on to quote apostle Paul just like what mr/miss/mrs/mdm anonymous did but this is enough. This is enough bikering for today. Afterall, why quote Paul when Jesus himself wants us to obey the law. For Jesus said that if you lust after someone, you have committed adultery and if you hate your brother, you have committed murder. Yup, the law states that thou shall not murder and thou shall not commit adultery. And yes, Jesus not only wants us to obey the law but to do so in the strictest sense!
Just think about it, it was God himself who gave moses the 10 commandments (the law), so how can Jesus Christ, who with God is one, contradict the law that God gave? No, Jesus together with the grace of God and the Holy Spirit came to reinforce the law, in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us Romans 8:4. Through grace and faith, we are righteous and the only way to know our righteousness is through the law.
I am usually quite passive about such doctrine and theories stuff. However, when that anonymous idiot came and posted comments, that i am strongly against, in my own personal blog, I had to do something about it. I cant control what people post in the chat box and of course you are free to post your opinions and your "truths". In the same way, i will write freely about what i believe. and about those comments, you have no idea how angry i was when i referenced the verses quoted by that so and so, and learnt that they were actually new creation bull shit. I had expected those verses to be words of encouragement but to my utmost distaste, they turned out to be heresy. I fumed and I just had to let it out. I just had to let it out with this post. Do you want the truth? do you want to know the truth???!!! you cant handle the truth!!!!!!!!
Anyway, on a lighter note, do not just take my word for it, read the bible and see for yourself what is right and what is wrong. In fact, in this world of opinions and counter-opinions, never blindly believe everything you hear. At the same time, we should try to open up to other people's ideas as much as we need to stand by our own believes. agree or disagree, the Holy Spirit in you will guide you to the path God wans u to go. Amen =)
