time on hand...

Well, finally!! my lab report is done. yup, all 25 pages of it. hope it turns out good. suddenly felt like i have a lot of time on my hand. feels good.

hmm... here is my hand. left hand to be exact. it is difficult to draw a right hand if you are right handed. yeah. so i drew my left hand instead. i intended to let my finger touch a water surface with resulting ripples. but it did not turn out nice. so too bad... got to learn that technique next time. i like how the hand turned out though.

I also realise how irresponsible lecturers can be. ok.. not all, but there is this one who lectures a topic half way, could not finish it in time and skipped to the next topic in the next lecture. Leaving us to read the notes or textbooks to understand the latter and more important part of the "lecture". If this is what lecturing is all about, den why go for lecture? The textbook can do an equally good job... Also, if a textbook is a recommended text and not a compulsory text, den why are the tutorials from that textbook? It like telling me; look, i am too lazy to give you tutorials to do, so just get the questions from the recommended text... And that damn book costs 33 quid... 99 bucks man... sorry for converting currency, but i want to bitch/drive home the point...

Found out that ryan air tix to milan and some other places cost just 1 p !! but is going to milan for the weekend a good idea?? hmm.. airport tax not included... but the flight back is like 12.99 quid, so the total to and return tix costs 13 quid. but with taxes, it will be higher... how? some of the seniors are going... which is so so so so cool. weekend trip to milan...
