Obsession with circle logos

Well, one of the few things that we Singaporeans have learnt from the British after their colonial rule is their logos, especially round circle ones. Take a look... here is a right and left comparision between Singaporean and British logos respectively.
The top is the respective airforce logos. Followed by the respective train system logos. And at the bottom are political logos of the People's Action Party and the British Union of Facists.
Uncanning? Coincidence? Hmmm... I'll let you be the judge.

Trivia: Yup, that's right... that's the logo of the British Union of Facists. But dont worry, this facist party only lasted 8 years from its founding in 1932 to 1940 when it was banned by the government. I guess facism is an ideology that was prominent in the era before and leading up to the second world war!! (I got this info from wikipedia a.k.a. I am not bullshitting.!)
